The buffet was top notch, with nearly everything you could ask for, and they even had special treats for kids. My room was spotless and had all I needed for an overnight stay. Every employee we met was so kind and helpful, absolutely magical. I was really impressed with the hotel. If you get to meet the wonderful Agatha, count yourself lucky. Having her at the front desk makes the hotel shine even more.

It’s in a handy spot for a short visit, parking was good, and the room was clean. Mine was a large double and was OK, though the place is starting to show its age a bit. It was my first stay, over Christmas, and the overall experience was just OK. The desk staff were polite and helpful until my last day. I checked out a day earlier than I’d booked and paid for, but they didn’t ask why or whether anything had prompted it. They seemed more interested in their phone call. I understand working over Christmas can be a pain, but I’d still have expected them to ask a little about my stay or why I was leaving early. That last moment really summed things up, and I’m even happier I left a day early. A bit of a shame.

We’d definitely stay again. The breakfast was very generous, all-you-can-eat, and better than we expected. Parking was reasonably priced too. We had a really good stay and received great service, with everyone smiling and being kind. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was good, and I liked having a water dispenser to refill a bottle. I appreciate hotels that provide drinking water.

The hotel is right in the heart of Malbork, within walking distance of the famous castle and plenty of good places to eat. It looks unassuming outside, but inside it’s a beautiful, modern hotel. The service was great, and since we were leaving before breakfast, they put together amazing boxed breakfasts for us to eat throughout the day. We highly recommend it.

We left the car there and walked to the castle. The room was only 200 zl for the night, and parking was free. Very nice.
