It’s quiet around the cottages, and the sea is fairly close by a forest path, though parts of the ground are uneven and there’s no paved route. The apartments are spacious and fairly modern, with a private area in front, a barbecue spot, and a narrow private street parking space. They seem aimed more at German guests than Polish ones, and they’re not the cheapest. Our cottage had a lot of spiders, bugs, and cobwebs. Inside, supplies were very basic, just two toilet rolls, so bring spices, dishwasher tablets, salt, sugar, and the like. The appliances were nice, including a dishwasher, toaster, and microwave, and there was a medium-sized TV. The owner was unreliable with timing. He arranged to meet at 10 a.m., then turned up at 2 p.m. without any message and acted as though it was all fine. He also said he’d send a contract requiring his details within a few minutes, but it didn’t arrive for a whole week.

The beach is around 200 meters away along a little path through the woods. We stayed with two adults and two children from July 26th to August 2nd, 2025, and the apartment had what we needed for a beach week. It was thoroughly cleaned, with modern, good quality furnishings. A bakery is a 10-minute walk from the supermarket, while the town center takes about 20-25 minutes on foot. We’d recommend the place and would come back as a family. Greetings from Lower Saxony.

The setting is peaceful, among big trees, and you can hear the waves. The rooms were fairly clean, though the restroom wasn’t perfect. The coffee machine was caked with scale and dirt, and the grill grate was filthy too. It took two days for the machine to be replaced. We’d already paid in full at the start, but after a day or two the owner returned to charge us again, which felt strange to me. On departure we had to be out by 10 a.m., yet we were kept waiting at the door while someone checked us out, even though the owner had asked for information she’d received the day before. There was no cleaner or anyone else who needed to supervise us. Still, I’d highly recommend the place.
