The team were incredibly warm and attentive, and meeting the hotel’s Director, Agata, made the stay even more special. The place was spotless and breathtakingly beautiful, pure magic. We came all the way from America and every mile felt worth it. Five stars hardly covers it. Go, you won’t regret it.

If you’re after a quiet, relaxing vacation, don’t come here. The pool had children under 13 screaming, jumping, and running wild, and nobody seemed to care. I complained to the hotel in writing because we couldn’t relax, but they didn’t care either. They call it a spa, but it isn’t one, as the receptionist also told us. I’m never coming back.

There’s a lot of care going into the materials and finish at Baltic View Resort, which give it a comfortable, luxurious feel. The location and views are stunning, and it seems well suited to either an active break or a relaxing one. The restaurant and spa are still being finished, but once they’re ready, this could be a special place in miedzyzdroje worth returning to.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned, with hair and dirt left behind, and we were given the wrong room with no apparent effort to sort it out. Parking was very difficult, and there’s no breakfast restaurant, so you have to eat in your room. We also couldn’t get anyone on the phone, and agreements made with staff weren’t kept.
