We had no complaints during our stay, and breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options. Rezidence Bielek also has a sauna, swimming pool, and two jacuzzis. They were well looked after, free to use, and a relaxing way to unwind after sightseeing. Parking costs around 12 EUR a day and isn't included. The staff were very welcoming, and the location worked well for exploring. It's about 100 meters from the promenade in Miedzyzdroje, a charming spa town. With the facilities, helpful staff, and convenient location, I'd gladly recommend Rezidence Bielek to visitors.

The breakfasts were good, and the restaurant was nicely designed with pleasant service. The location by the sea is excellent. We stayed for a week. Some areas of the hotel, the rooms, and the swimming pool could use refreshing. There were no cooking pots in the room. Parking was 40 PLN a night and should be part of the price. Reception could be more focused on guests, and housekeeping needed to be arranged by appointment.

Breakfast was really good, the room was clean, and the place allows animals. Still, the customer service wasn't good enough. The toilet wasn't clean enough, and there were problems in it: broken glass in the shower and water leaking beneath it. The elevator wasn't working. For this kind of property, that is unacceptable, especially since the issue already existed when we booked and nobody told us.
