We complained through Booking before checking out, with photos showing dates and times. The room had a blood-stained bedspread and pillow, torn bedding, a cracked glass cover behind the stove, a broken kitchen cabinet handle and leaky windows. Even the toilet brush, worth 10 PLN, was an issue. The parquet damage they later called about had been there when we checked in. Their claim that they could keep the deposit is ridiculous, and we won’t let this go. If you want a calm stay with friendly service, look elsewhere. The customer service was rude, and we don’t recommend this place. A few photos from the “apartment” are below.

The kitchen has most of what you need, though a toaster would come in handy. The apartment is lovely and close to the sea, with a nice bedroom, very comfortable beds, and first-rate bedding and down pillows.

There’s water, birds, a fountain and plenty of greenery, along with graffiti and a cabaret star walk. An interesting place. Come to Koszalin.

We highly recommend these apartments. They’re beautiful, very clean, well equipped and close to the beach.

The room was great and the location was great too. The internet was poor, though. For what it costs, I expected decent internet :(
