Apartamenty Sun & Snow Sea&Lake

We were delighted by this place. We’re from Wrocław and came across the property by chance while staying in Mielno and Unieście. We were meant to be on vacation, but as real estate professionals we couldn’t help noticing the quality of the project. The building is new, with the finishing touches just completed and all the shared spaces open. The standout is the rooftop infinity pool and its stunning view over Lake Jamno. It impresses as soon as you walk in. Large-format stoneware tiles, stylish lights, a modern elevator and an aluminum and stainless steel facade show the care put into the common areas. That matters by the Baltic Sea, where salty, humid air can quickly wear down poor materials. This building should look good for years. The apartments are even better. They have Daikin air conditioning, Laufen and Grohe bathroom fixtures, and Electrolux and Bosch kitchen appliances. Everything worked perfectly and felt thoughtfully chosen, down to the hidden door hinges, conglomerate countertops and built-ins. The setting has a nice balance of quiet and access. It’s away from the seaside huts and crowds, yet the beach is an 8-minute walk through wooded dunes, and Lake Jamno is 1 minute away. Żabka in Unieście is a 20-minute walk, while Mielno center is an 8-minute drive. A new road nearby is also being built to improve access. The municipality has started the project, and part of the route is complete and looks very good. The smart door handles work with codes and NFC, and the automatic watering for the green areas and central alarm system are already operational. The apartments are in the forest, overlook the water, are fully furnished and finished to a very high standard, ready to move in. We don’t post reviews often, but this one was worth it. For this part of the coast, we think it’s the best quality property.

We enjoyed our stay in these nice, clean apartments. The paved access road is the one downside, while the rooftop pool overlooking Lake Jamno is a big plus. I highly recommend them.

Getting to the building really calls for an off-road vehicle. A regular low car could struggle on the concrete slabs and then the dirt track. The road kicks up a lot of dust, and after a few days parked beside the building, your car will definitely need a wash. There’s an unpleasant “odor” from Lake Jamno nearby, and plenty of mosquitoes in the evenings. Loud neighbors from other properties can disturb your rest, as can the nasty smell of cigarette smoke from their balconies. The sea is about 700 meters away, along a poor-quality road. The property advertised rooftop pool access, but it’s closed, so you can’t even look at it.

A lovely spot for walking, sunbathing, and switching off, with real peace and quiet around the apartments. The units are modern and have plenty of equipment. Getting there is the weak point, though, since the access road is rough. It stays tranquil unless other guests are celebrating, which I guess comes with the territory.
