I stayed at Enklawa Mikołajki in July 2025, and the experience was very negative. Booking.com’s system error automatically cancelled my first confirmed reservation, so I had to rebook the exact same hotel for 450 PLN more. The hotel wouldn’t help or show any flexibility, and kept sending me back to Booking. There were also serious electrical problems with the garden lighting during my stay. Staff brought an electrician on the first day, but he said he had no tools and would come back the next day. He never did, and the problem remained unresolved for my entire stay. Afterwards, the hotel denied everything and ignored my concerns instead of showing hospitality or taking responsibility. I can’t recommend the property, and strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

The host was very good, and check-in and check-out were easy. We just left the key in the house and called her to open the gate on our way out. The location was great, with a short drive to the centre of Mikołajki or a short walk over the pedestrian bridge. The modern, clean townhouses had everything our family needed, with a fenced back garden, lots of parking, and secure gated car access. We enjoyed our short stay and highly recommend it.

We’ve been here twice, in different seasons, and it’s clearly comfortable all year round. We’ll definitely return in summer and autumn. The staff were excellent, and you can tell they work with passion. The modern cottages and villas are beautifully furnished, comfortable, and fully equipped, in a well-kept new resort with gorgeous lake views and a panorama of central Mikołajki. A convenient way leads down to the promenade and into town. The setting is peaceful, parking is easy, and the fenced, monitored grounds feel safe.

You can spend the whole day on the terrace watching the water and boats, or head out for a long walk in the nearby forest. The place overlooks the lake, and the women at reception are kind and helpful. There’s nothing to do but relax. I highly recommend it.
