This was the worst hotel my family and I have stayed in. The staff were very rude, and our rooms weren't cleaned. We left tips for housekeeping, but when we came back a few hours later, the mess was still there and the money was gone. I never expected that. Breakfast wasn't tasty and there wasn't much to choose from. We were on the top floor, where the Wi-Fi was extremely slow or didn't work at all. The mattresses were hard to sleep on, too.

We want to thank the Hotel Irena restaurant for making our daughter's First Communion celebration so special. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful, and the friendly staff took care of every detail. Our guests were very happy, and we could enjoy the day in peace. We'd definitely recommend it for family celebrations 😊❤️

I was there on a business trip and wouldn't recommend staying here. Parking was a mess: the receptionist asked me to leave my car behind the hotel under the trees because workers were expected in buses that afternoon and needed the spaces. Only three buses arrived, but the men were very loud, and I later found there were just eight parking spots. My car was covered in bird droppings, even though parking was free, and it felt like the other guests didn't matter to them. The food was unpleasant too, with fries cooked in old oil. The hotel sits right by the street, so it's noisy, and there are several other places to stay in Morąg.
