A4 Airport Kraków Morawica

The room was clean and nice, and it's close to the airport. The staff were very good and helpful, but it was really cold inside 🥶.

At first the place seemed decent, but I started noticing issues after a few minutes. The room hadn't been cleaned, with papers and alcohol bottles left around. Planes were making a lot of noise outside about every five minutes, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything from everywhere. Then, at night, there was a mouse in my room. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Getting out in the morning meant calling someone to open the gate, and the receptionist refused to call us a taxi because we'd said the day before that we didn't need one. We also spent 20/25 minutes outside in the snow waiting for the gate to be opened. The numbers didn't work, and the only person who answered didn't speak English. When we raised it with the receptionist, he just shrugged and didn't care. The staff don't speak English, were very rude, and didn't seem competent. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The man at reception was very nice and helpful, but the rooms looked really old. You could hear the planes clearly, taking off every 15 minutes, and it was very noisy because of the airport. Not worth 232 zloty.
