After trying several places in Podhale, we’ve finally found one that feels like ours. The log house has beautiful wooden interiors and a real highlander style, while still having modern amenities. It’s away from Zakopane’s crowds, but close enough to drive to Krupówki Street if you want to see them. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The apartment looks and is furnished as described, with a tidy, clean mountain style and wooden details. There’s a Frog store nearby, a delicatessen 800 meters away, plus an inn with delicious food and a ski slope for anyone interested. I recommend staying here.

We’ve come back for a second stay, which says a lot. It’s warm and cozy, the Tatra Mountains look beautiful from here, and the hosts are friendly. Recommended.

The view from the window is lovely, and the village has a bakery. Hiking trails are close by too. We spent four nights in clean, cozy, comfortable surroundings. The kitchen felt like home and had all the equipment, including a dishwasher and oven. There are two bedrooms with big, comfortable beds, so our family of 2+2 didn’t need to put anyone on a sofa bed. I highly recommend it.
