The problem showed up as soon as we arrived: after paying in full, we found a neglected room that felt like an old hostel from the 1990s, not the high-standard apartment suggested by the rental photos and steep price. The shower was moldy, there were no basic toiletries, the towels looked decades old, and the bedding was too small for the mattress. Mustiness and general neglect were everywhere. When I pointed out how different it was from the pictures, the owner refused a refund. He smiled and said the high standards only applied to the most expensive apartments, which hardly anyone books. I found his response deliberately misleading and deeply disrespectful. I left feeling that the place was set up to take advantage of tourists. I strongly advise against booking here.

It's easy to get to Zakopane by bus, and there are some nice little restaurants nearby, plus a shop right next door. The apartments are beautiful, and the hosts were friendly and always willing to help. We had a wonderful holiday in the area. Highly recommend!

The kids had plenty to do, with a games room, playground, ice rink, and pontoon rides. The resort is lovely and close to the slopes, and the hosts are wonderful. We also really enjoyed the delicious, home-cooked style food. Our room and bathroom were clean, and we'll definitely return next year! 😁

I paid for three days upfront, but left after just one night. The owners felt cold and didn't make us welcome, as other reviews have said. The place looked very different from the gallery photos. Credit to the photographer for the creative shots, but they seriously mislead guests. The bathroom looked clean and new online, while ours seemed to date from the early 1990s.
