The location is the one thing this place has going for it if you’re hiking in the mountains. I’ve stayed here several times and used to be happy with it, but after my last visit I won’t go back. I’m a light sleeper, and around 1 a.m. I woke to find a lot of bedbugs on the mattress and pillow. I crushed them right away, but then spent the night awake. They bit me during that stay. Beware of bedbugs!

I’ve been coming here with my family for years and have never been let down. It’s a lovely base for hiking in the Tatra Mountains, with very clean rooms and fresh linens every time. The staff are friendly, prices are low, and the children’s discount is a nice extra. There’s also a free fire pit and firewood.

The hosts really look after their guests, and the location is great for getting to the ski slopes. Highly recommend!

The rooms are spacious, with lovely views, and you’re close to all the attractions. The service was great, and the people were the nicest I’ve ever met. Highly recommend!!!❤️

I’ve stayed here a number of times, and the communication with the owners has always been great. It’s a good option if you want mountain accommodation at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely come back!
