Everything on the nearby tables looked so tempting that choosing a dish was hard. The Placki were the best in the region, and the Szarlotka was very good too, a kind of apple pie. Portions are very generous. Andrzej gave us really nice, attentive service.

We’ve been twice, and we’ll come again. Wonderful place, with really tasty food.

Our waitress was excellent, kind, cheerful, and always available. The food was a letdown, though. It was heavy and poorly prepared, and the portions were over the top. More food doesn’t mean better food. My pork “Kotlet studniara” was a bit raw, with no crispness or Maillard browning at all. It looked boiled and really wasn’t inviting.

The food came out very quickly, and the place has a lovely view, plenty of parking, and delicious food in general. We did have one bad experience. We ordered cabbage dumplings to take away, and I asked whether they had any meat fat in them. The waiter said they were made with sunflower oil only. We didn’t check the package until later and found the dumplings were covered in fat and had small pieces of meat. We don’t eat meat, so that wasn’t acceptable for us. I hope management pays more attention to the service and improves this.
