The location was great, and there’s a fantastic local restaurant just 100 meters away. Still, after our December 2024 stay, I don’t plan to return. The pool was crowded and not very pleasant, and while breakfast was acceptable, the scrambled eggs looked grey-green. The rooms and bathrooms felt old, and I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel. It wasn’t a disaster, but the experience was rather poor.

The pool, saunas, and spa are great, and breakfast was decent. The mountain trails are close, so the location works well if you’re there to hike. But the furniture, rooms, and whole building feel like they’re from the late nineties, and the staff were just okay. We also had a strange situation I wouldn’t expect at such an expensive hotel. It was okay overall, but I won’t be back.

The staff are excellent and deserve credit for keeping this place going, especially the barman. The hotel itself feels very worn and used, like it’s from the 80s. I think the four stars were given for the facilities. The pool isn’t an aquapark, though the gym is excellent. The buffet breakfast and lunch are adequate, but the spa rules aren’t followed, so be prepared for unhygienic use.

The room was a good size, with a lovely mountain view and a little patio for sitting outside. I enjoyed the spa, and the staff were very friendly. The jacuzzi was small and nearly always crowded, but the saunas were nice and fortunately not many people used them.

We ate really well here, and the room was comfortable, with a nice bed and a very clean bathroom. It also had a balcony, TV, air conditioning, and a safe. The hotel looks beautiful both inside and out, and I felt cosy during our stay. There’s a wellness area with several pools, a water slide, two saunas, and a salt cave. I really recommend this place!
