We were a group of 12, and everyone came away recommending the place. The apartments were comfortable and spacious, and the property was exceptionally clean. For the price and quality, I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Best wishes to the host.

The apartments are lovely and clean, but there's very little yard space for guests. The big area shown in the photos belongs to the owners, and vacationers can't use it. The large gazebo in the property photos is off limits too. Guests can use the pool, but its water is "heated by the sun," as the owner put it, so it gets cold in bad weather. There's just a tiny barbecue spot otherwise, and no space for children to play besides the pool.

The owners were incredibly friendly, and the place has a lovely atmosphere. It's pet-friendly, the rooms were spotless and well looked after, and the pool was clean and available to guests. I highly recommend it.

We had a very comfortable stay and really liked the accommodation. It's clean, has a grill and pool, and parking is included. The hosts are lovely and friendly. They'd thought through the little details too, even cup holders, and there were enough dishes for our family of four. The sights are about a 20-minute drive away. Great location, and we'd definitely return and recommend it.

The panorama is beautiful, and Karpacz has reason to envy it. We also liked how quiet the area was, which seems great for families with children. The apartments are among the best in the Karkonosze Mountains, with everything well maintained, plenty of parking, and a swimming pool.
