We’ll be back! Everything was perfect, and the staff were friendly and professional. A fantastic place to relax. If you need to choose a hostel, this is the one!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our five-week stay last year, while work was being done on our new home. Laundry was available for a reasonable price, parking was good and off-road in front of the hotel, and massages and a jacuzzi could be arranged on request. I use a wheelchair and spent a lot of time in the hotel. The accessible room worked well, with a nice large wet room and heated floor. The rooms were toasty warm, and the beds very comfortable. We had a kitchenette, so we sometimes made meals ourselves, ate out, or asked the hotel to order food for us from their restaurant in town. The meals from there were very good and good value, though in March/April we had to ask for them to be warmed up in the microwave. Breakfasts at the Krak were very good. When my partner was away for a few days, staff brought mine to the room.

Our car broke down, and the staff were flexible and helpful when we needed a room for the night. Repairs took longer than expected, but they let us stay in the common room.

We arrived without a reservation, but the staff were really kind and found us a clean, well-equipped room. We had a lovely stay and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
