Sleep was almost impossible. Around 1:30 a.m., children were playing in the hallway while adults talked loudly, and nobody seemed to consider the guests’ comfort. The hotel was extremely noisy. My stay was very disappointing, and for this little respect or care, even one star feels too generous.

We had our confirmation and the reservation was active, but after flying to Warsaw we were told it had been canceled. They canceled without telling us. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

It was a great stay, and the service was good. The rooms and corridor were clean and smelled nice. Best of all, it was quiet.

This isn’t a hotel at all, it’s a black hotel that extorts money and belongings from guests.
