The atmosphere was amazing, but I didn't get what I wanted.

The waiter was rude, and after waiting half an hour I still couldn't place my order. Really poor service :(

It took 20 minutes just to try to order one scoop of ice cream. You have to sit at a table and ask repeatedly, since ordering at the bar isn't allowed. There was only one other occupied table, with two people, besides ours, yet the staff seemed not to care about customers. The woman didn't give us a receipt, and I don't think she even rang up the payment.

There was nobody else in the restaurant, but we still waited 30 minutes just to order. The woman serving us was so rude that even giving change seemed like a problem. We weren't given a receipt after paying either. Avoid this place.

We tried this place after comparing it with others in Kołobrzeg, and the waffles here are so much better. They're served fresh from the oven, while the ones in Kołobrzeg were like reheated chewing gum. Prices are 10% lower, and the service is friendly and cheerful. Warm regards to the chef and Mrs. Róża. We'll definitely be back! 🌟😊
