The pool area at the resort and breakfast at the local restaurant are both really convenient. The place is great value for the money and sits practically right by the beach. I'd recommend it to families with children.

The cottages were clean, and being close to the sea was a real plus. The rest of the grounds felt badly neglected, though. The paths are uneven and could cause an injury, the grass was unmown, and getting around was difficult during or after rain. The complex didn't make a very welcoming first impression. There was no parking included, and we weren't told in advance that parking would cost extra. The toilet and sink were broken, as was the kettle. Don't let the glossy photos fool you.

The food was actually quite good, but almost everything else was awful. The place feels stuck in the communist era. There was a bad smell in the entry hallway, sewage odor in the bathroom, and cockroaches all over. The rooms were cold, with just one small radiator each, and the windows and doors seemed leaky. The taps were a mess, with hot water coming from a blue tap. There were no towels, the blankets looked about 30 years old, and the bedding smelled. We had to make our own beds.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. Room 8's toilet leaks and leaves the bathroom flooded, and there is barely any hot water. The windows and doors let in drafts, so the room stays cold. At night, a creepy security guard walks around the resort shining lights into guests' windows.
