The room was passable, though a lot of it looked old and dirty, especially the bathroom. Some sockets were so damaged that plugging things in was difficult. I got just one bottle of water for the whole stay. The staff tried to be friendly, but I kept feeling like I was bothering them, and I wasn't the only one who felt that way. I booked a meal option, but there was nothing to choose from, and no details about allergens or even what would be served that day. Morning coffee was a hassle too: the machine was extremely slow, so there was a queue every day. Also, ask for an email confirming your booking details. I was told that's not standard, and the details discussed by phone and on arrival may not match. They said there was no note on my booking about what we'd discussed.

The food was good, the massage was nice, and the surroundings were lovely. I did feel the place was short-staffed. While I was still finishing breakfast, someone brought in a vacuum and started cleaning. I had requested separate beds and the hotel confirmed it, but I ended up with one twin bed instead. I also thought it was odd that parking cost extra.

We had a lovely stay. There wasn't any sound insulation, though, and no air conditioning.

10/10
The setting is beautiful and the package, including Santa and wine, was great. The event was excellent, with a pleasant spa, good wine, tasty food, and really friendly staff. Our room was clean and fine, though it felt more like a 3-star place.

The area is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing, and the hotel is pet-friendly with private parking. The food was super, and the staff were great. It's especially worthwhile for organized business trips or coaching sessions, which they handle really well and specialize in. A wonderful hotel.
