I’ve stayed here several times, and the rooms have always been spotless, with comfortable beds and everything working properly. The hotel sits in lovely green surroundings, with great attractions nearby. From the warm welcome at Reception to the tasty food and drinks in the Bar and Restaurant, and the care from Housekeeping, the service is outstanding. I most recently came with a large group of English guests for my brother’s wedding. Everyone was helpful and kind, and the staff went the extra mile during a very busy time to make the group feel at home. The wedding was beautiful, and the General Manager and her assistant did a great job making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel for its high standard of customer service.

The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the hotel through the Hotels app, and everything was clean. Our room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I’d love to return.

I stayed from 11th to the 17th May 2023, and really enjoyed this beautiful place. There’s a lovely park beside it for children and adults, and you can walk along the river just across the road. The town centre is a 10 minute walk away, with Nowa Sól full of nostalgia. Breakfast is included each morning, while evening meals cost extra, and there’s a bar too. The staff are friendly. It’s not far from the autobarn, and Wroclaw airport is 1 hour and 45 mins away. Definitely a must stay.

I was invited to the official Opening Ceremony party. Everything is new and looks very good, just like a 4*. The area is lovely, with a beautiful park and the Odra river opposite. Strongly recommend it as a nice place for family time.
