The staff were extremely nice throughout our stay, and the location is convenient, just steps from the town square and close to restaurants, shops, and sights. Having hotel parking was useful, and the restaurant was nice with a great breakfast. The room was clean, and the shower was very clean too, though there were cobwebs in the lights and dust in the bathroom. The decor feels dated, and both the outside of the hotel and the rooms were underwhelming. It seemed short staffed: lunch took a long time to arrive, and at check-in nearly every room on our floor still needed cleaning. Maybe the housekeeper has to rush to finish on time. It was an okay place to stay because of the location and cleanliness, but it isn't luxurious.

We had some incredibly nice days here and plan to come again. The view was beautiful, and the hotel is 200 meters from the city center. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everyone was friendly, breakfast was super good, and dinner was great too. Henk and Janette Marrink are really happy we stayed here 🥰👌

The staff and restaurant were good, and so was the hotel. I would have given it five stars if the room had been updated with a better mattress and sockets by the bed.

I was happy with everything else, and have no complaints about hotel panorama. The service was good, the room was clean and nice, and the continental breakfast was great. The one thing I'd suggest is adding somewhere to plug in devices in the rooms. I could only charge my phone in the bathroom.

Nice rooms, free parking, and a good breakfast. Perfect spot in the heart of Nowy sacz. We'll definitely come back.
