The spa was frustrating: sauna use costs extra each day, even for hotel guests, and spa towels are free only on the first day. There’s just one hot tub and it’s constantly occupied. The woman at the spa reception was rude and simply looked away when I asked her something. My room also hadn’t been vacuumed properly. There was dirt everywhere, and even after I called reception specifically to ask them to vacuum, they did a terrible job.

Breakfast was perfect, and the staff were kind. The room was clean and big enough, and the restaurant was okay. There was no fridge in the room. The DHL service below our window was a little noisy early in the morning.

I’ve experienced sauna infusions before, but this was something beyond that. It affected me emotionally in a way I didn’t expect, even as a grown man. I’m very grateful. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. Our room was spacious, check-in was quick, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a pool and sauna, too. I enjoyed every minute and look forward to coming back. It’s right across the road from the train station.

It’s right opposite Nowy Targ train station. They don’t provide a dental kit, so bring your own.
