Avoid room 106. My bathroom was the biggest problem: there was no shower stall or even a curtain, so the floor flooded every day. I showed staff a picture. One person said they’d fix it, while another just shrugged, even though they knew the room number. There was a shower stall in its original box around the corner. The hotel didn’t seem full, so I couldn’t understand being put in a room with a known defect. The door frame also fit badly, and the bathroom seemed hastily put together. The hotel’s rooms have been refurbished recently, with a fresh, modern look, but sound insulation is poor. My phone didn’t work, though the Wi-Fi was strong, at about 150m up/down. The bed was nice and medium-firm, not rock hard. Housekeeping took away my second duvet, which I needed to keep my feet warm since the hotel doesn’t cater to tall people. I just took it back. The grill restaurant on the ground floor serves inexpensive grilled meat that’s not bad. It’s open air in the courtyard, where the room windows also face, so you can hear people talking, though they don’t play loud music. The bar and breakfast room are upstairs on the second floor. Breakfast is quite Polish, with lots of meat and cheese left out without refrigeration. The location is fairly central, with a supermarket across the road and a liquor store next door, and parking is free. The staff are really friendly and mean well, though they aren’t all trained equally and some don’t speak English well.

The breakfast was delicious, and everything is close by in this central location. The interior is nice, and the rooms are new and modern. There was some noise in the evening, but they stop the music at 12am.

I’d booked a two bedroom apartment for three people, but we got one bedroom with three beds, leaving us two beds short. Staff told me three people had stayed in the same room the night before, so they thought they should set it up for three again, even though five people were staying 🤔

The customer service was awesome, and everyone was always very courteous. Dinner and breakfast were both great. A great experience, highly recommend it.
