The apartment is clean, fairly recently furnished, and the kitchenette has plenty of equipment. Most of the service was handled remotely, which worked fine for me. The main problem was connectivity. Wi-Fi was weak, and Orange coverage was poor too, which made working remotely difficult. I was there in November, and there was an unpleasant smell in the area, possibly because some houses were burning something unknown. A few other things were annoying but bearable: some dishes hadn't been washed, perhaps left by previous guests and missed by staff; the duvet was only 160 cm wide, too small for two people; and the mattresses were very soft, which is just my preference. I also had trouble figuring out the price. The website, phone quote, and Booking.com showed different amounts, so I booked through Booking.com to be safe. I called the number for the property and was quoted 20-30 PLN more per day than Booking.com. I did respond to many messages about the terms and conditions and sent my consent, though perhaps that was communicated in a way I didn't notice. The mattress softness may suit some people, but it was too soft for me. I didn't call them unprofessional.

The workmanship looks lovely, and there was hot water, a kettle, and a fridge. But the street is under construction, making the property inaccessible, and the owner only told us after we'd paid. The walls seem to be cardboard and plywood. Sound carries everywhere: you hear a neighbor sneeze or flush the upstairs toilet, along with every footstep and even the tap running. For this quality, the price is too high.

I wouldn't recommend staying here because of the service. The standard is at most two stars. There was police involvement, pressure to leave, and someone looked through the trash. The price also kept going up before arrival: 130 on the website, 180 on the phone, and actually 200.
