Hostel Nuove Frontiere

No towel was provided, which is hard to remember happening at the places I've stayed. Soap and shampoo were there, but even the cheapest room should have a towel. The room itself is basic and dated. It was clean as far as they could get the old bathroom, tiles, and shower, though the worn furniture isn't always easy to clean. At least there's a fridge and kettle.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the setting was peaceful, away from the main road with a forest, meadow, and grocery store nearby. We rented a room for two adults on a business trip. It's an older place, but it felt freshly cleaned when we arrived. There was also a fridge and microwave in the hallway. A nice spot to relax after work :-)

The courtyard and area around the place looked so bad that I felt uneasy about going outside after dark. Inside, the rooms were worn and unattractive, and the walls were dirty and scuffed. There was mold in the shower. It's a shame to charge guests for this kind of standard. I wouldn't recommend staying, even for one night.

Very low standards, and there weren't even towels. At least toilet paper was available, though there was no hand sanitizer. The receptionist was rude and the staff came across as unprofessional. She needs customer service training. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone and won't be coming back.
