We were charged 300 zł a night, but got a room with a view of the back and no AC, even though we'd booked a city view and AC. Only four rooms in the hotel have AC, something they hadn't mentioned. We asked, but there was no refund or compensation. On day three the room was full of bugs and flies. The manager's suggestions were to open the window and turn off the lights, or close it and turn them on, or take a room half the size. The hotel was also being restored after a recent flood, which we hadn't been told about. Between no AC, the wrong view, insects, and construction noise every morning, it wasn't worth the price or hassle.
