The breakfast was marvelous, the service fantastic, and the staff keen to help. It's very good for families and couples, and close to the public lake. They also have a great sauna at an affordable price. This is more than a 3 stars hotel, and I'll definitely come again. Some slippers for the rooms would make it perfect.

The hotel is in a lovely spot close to the lake for water activities, with lots of playgrounds nearby too. Breakfast was good, and the pancakes weren't overly sweet.

The rooms could use some attention, though the lobby and restaurant are really nice. The front desk ladies were lovely, especially the one working the day shift on Friday and Saturday (24/25.10) 💜 ☺

I spent one night in a double room in March 2025, while in Olsztyn for studies, and felt it was great value. The hotel is beside the lake, with plenty of sports activities nearby, and only a short drive from the city center. Breakfast had a great range of options. I'd stay here again.

We were attending a big event at the hotel, yet the bar was set to close at 9 pm, not long after it had started. We had to plead with the manager to keep it open. They agreed reluctantly, and made it feel as though they were doing us a huge favor. That was really not okay.
