I liked my stays here a lot. It’s a lovely old building, kept clean, with nice staff and a good breakfast. I’ve since been back two more times. One small email quirk: their reply appears at the bottom of the email thread, where you might not expect it. I’d stay here again when I’m in Olsztyn.

The room was fine overall, with bottled water, a TV and lots of storage. The bathroom was OK too, though the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the WiFi was poor. The hotel is a short walk from Olsztyn Zachodni station, the old town and restaurants. Inside, there’s old wooden decor, an impressive entrance and staircase, and a very friendly receptionist. I left early and got a takeaway breakfast bag. Good value for what I paid.

Right in the heart of olsztyn, this is a stylish, slightly old-fashioned hotel with really helpful service.
