The room was all set for my fourth visit, and the hotel staff couldn’t have been friendlier, especially Mrs Olena. It’s by the lake, with very spacious rooms and lovely views, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was perfect, without the usual hotel cutbacks, and the price is very reasonable. If you come to Olsztyn, stay here.

The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was great, and service in both the restaurant and bar was very good. The pool area let the experience down. The attendant came across as impolite, there was visible mess that nobody dealt with, and the floor was so slippery it felt unsafe. The hotel has a lot of potential, but the pool needs more supervision and better attention to cleanliness and safety. That’s why I’m taking off one star.

We stayed at Przystań Hotel&Spa in late June 2025, choosing the Aqua Apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace balcony overlooking the lake. The peaceful view made it a lovely place to sit and unwind. The hotel is beside the water in a quiet spot, while still giving easy access to its amenities. The facilities were in good condition, and the modern-looking hotel was clean and orderly throughout our stay. Staff were helpful and polite, and the service met our expectations. We had a very pleasant visit, and the lake view from the Aqua Apartment made it even more worthwhile.

The breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great, and the pool was clean without being too busy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I also had an excellent deep tissue massage. I visited Olsztyn for the first time this weekend and would happily stay at Przystań Hotel & Spa again. It’s by the water, with the station and town close enough.

A big room, extremely clean and a high standard. The bar and restaurant are expensive, and there’s no Netflix.
