I took off a star only because of the price. We were happy with everything else, and would recommend the place for a short or longer stay. The rooms are roomy, well maintained, and have a small kitchenette with basic utensils. Everything was clean and tidy, and breakfast was satisfactory. The woman looking after the B&B was lovely and helpful. It is a bit pricey, but still a good place to stay.

The rooms were large and clean, the bathrooms were clean too, and breakfast was okay. Still, it felt a bit expensive. I paid the same as I would at De Silva hotel in Opole centre, and this place should cost about 25% less.

It isn't worth what they charge. There was no kitchen or anything else, and the bathroom handles in the rooms were broken, so the doors couldn't even be closed. The woman at reception was very kind, but still couldn't get me an invoice for one night's stay, even after a week.

The entrance is hard to find and the location is awful. Inside, the rooms are worn and dirty for the price, and the yard looks like a shack. The owner doesn't issue invoices and stops answering calls. We do not recommend Ms. Ania or this shack!
