This is my second stay, and I’ll come back again. The hotel is near the Old Town and the Museum of Polish Music. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly, and parking is available. Breakfast has a wide selection. My room facing the street was a little noisy, so soundproofing would be nice, though it wasn’t a big issue.

The bathroom smells awful, and the A/C is very noisy. I’ve stayed at plenty of Accors around the world, but this one was definitely the lowest.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was leaving early and would miss breakfast, so they packed food for my journey. I haven’t had that happen in the eight countries I’ve visited. Check-in and checkout were smooth, as expected. The location is perfect, and entry access is convenient for people with disabilities. The room was neat and clean, but the warmer wasn’t working well and needs improvement. Breakfast was balanced and well spread, all fine. The internet connection was unreliable and needs a lot of improvement.

The hotel is under construction, and there seems to be quite a difference between the old and new rooms. I stayed in an older one. The bed was great, but the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and was oddly troublesome for a hotel.

The staff were really nice, and our stay was good overall. The bed was very hard, and the shower was in a tall bathtub that was difficult for us older guests to get in and out of.
