The hotel is in a great spot right on the lake in Ostróda, and it’s a fantastic five-star place for the whole family. There’s an aquapark, bowling, a large kids’ play area, and a playroom for older children. The staff were very pleasant, especially Miss Magda from the kids’ area. We enjoyed the delicious food at breakfast and dinner, and also got to try the à la carte restaurant. We’ll be back for sure. Highly recommended.

The spa was a real highlight of my short break at Hotel Lake Hill Resort Mazury. It was calm and luxurious, and the exotic massage with Froi left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Froi used several techniques, and it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. The peaceful setting and attention to detail made it feel like a wellness retreat. Kornel at reception also made a great impression. He was warm, welcoming, and attentive, and made sure my needs were taken care of with a smile. The customer service from arrival onward exceeded my expectations and made the stay memorable. Hotel Lake Hill Resort Mazury brings together lovely reception service and a remarkable spa. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful break with good amenities and service, and I’m looking forward to visiting again.

Kasia greeted us with a lovely smile at check-in and was helpful throughout, making our stay comfortable and easy. Ola at the bar made our evenings better with her mixology skills and friendly, engaging manner. They both went above and beyond, and deserve a special mention. Radisson Blu Ostróda had a nice room with all the amenities we needed. The aqua park and kids’ space with a Montessori-style setup were big pluses, and the restaurant Grus breakfast worked for adults and children alike, with a kids’ play zone nearby. There’s plenty for the whole family to do, including squash, the spa, bowling, the gym, the game zone, and the club. Thanks for making our stay so special and memorable. We’ll definitely be back in summer. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

The location by the lake is nice, with a sandy beach, large indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities, a children’s playroom, plenty of green space, and a spacious car park. The rooms were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and clean. But checking in took an hour standing in a long reception line. They should use a numbered queue like at a doctor’s office so people can sit down. Avoid the third-level rooms under the sloping roof: they have only small roof windows, no normal windows or balconies. A poor design choice for a new building that cost millions. This doesn’t feel like a five-star hotel. There’s no afternoon room service or luggage service, and the restaurant staff weren’t competent. The beach had no beds or umbrellas, just a few small folding deckchairs, and no hotel beach service.
