The mattresses are firm but very comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning can be controlled individually. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. WiFi is available, though slow, and the TV only gets terrestrial channels. Breakfast and overnight stays are available. There's plenty of parking right at the property, free for hotel guests.

After we checked into the “motel,” we were first given a double room that smelled of mold and mildew by the entrance. We reported it to reception and got another room. That one was generally clean, though the walls were stained, the bathroom was worn and hadn't been renovated in a long time, and some lights didn't work. The air conditioning was very loud, and I didn't want to look inside it. There were also strong low vibrations throughout the room, probably from some kind of motor. They felt like pressure in my ears. The air conditioning muffled them, but without it the noise would have driven me mad. The bathroom was clean but very cold, and the small air conditioner with a heating function couldn't warm such a large room. I know these are university guest rooms, but paying guests should still get basic hotel standards. I spent the whole night worrying about bedbugs and couldn't sleep, though fortunately there weren't any. There was a blood stain on the sheet. We stayed one night, and even that was barely bearable. It's the only affordable accommodation in Ostrołęka, and while it's generally quite clean, the room furnishings and air conditioning need a complete overhaul. Something also needs to be done about the vibrations.

The breakfast was delicious, served as plates of cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, and a choice of one hot dish rather than a buffet. The staff were very friendly. Our triple room was spacious and clean, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Its only heating was a rather noisy air conditioning unit.

We rented a “3” room without breakfast. The rooms are clean, but the amenities are basic and the furniture is cheap, from beds to cabinets and chairs. It seems like damaged things get replaced instead of repaired. The quality is low, though the bed was fine for sleeping. The air conditioning was a little noisy but seemed regularly cleaned. With construction nearby, it was preferable to keeping the window open. The TV was basic, with no HD channels, but had HDMI for connecting a laptop. There was a kettle and refrigerator, but no microwave. Service felt like a student dorm. They accept card and cash, and guest parking is free: pick up a ticket and validate it at reception. Wheelchair access is from level -1. A shopping mall, Orlen, police station, Żabka, and Biedronka are nearby. Typical accommodation, nothing more, and no meals.
