The spa was one of the best parts of our stay. We spent about two hours there each day, enjoying the sauna and peaceful atmosphere after sightseeing. The restaurant also exceeded our expectations. The food was genuinely high quality and delicious, including the onion soup, and the staff worked hard while still being kind. We used the hotel as a base for Auschwitz and Krakow. Auschwitz was about 12 minutes away by car, and Krakow roughly an hour and 15 minutes. That suited us perfectly. If we return to the area, we'd stay here again. People in Poland exceeded our expectations too, with their hard work, sincerity and friendliness. There is a lot to learn from the culture and hospitality. The hotel itself looks stylish and is beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed; the beds were excellent, we slept well, and fresh towels and soap were waiting for us. Everything was clean and well organized, including the toilets. We also noticed that toilets throughout Poland and in Krakow were impressively clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, and their pleasant, well-presented manner added to the experience. The stay was amazing, and we'd highly recommend the hotel. 👌

I've stayed here twice now. It's a nice hotel with a good restaurant, set in the outskirts of the city in quiet surroundings.

The restaurant in the basement was so good we ate there both nights. We had some of the best meals of our three-week trip, with traditional Polish dishes and excellent service. Breakfast was fantastic too, and the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful. We stayed two nights while visiting Auschwitz. The hotel was modern and very clean, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English. The hotel isn't especially close to Auschwitz, so we hired a taxi for just 25Z. Buses from most places dropped us within 100 yards of the hotel, which was great. Watch out for predatory taxi drivers: agree on a fair before getting in or check that they're using the meter. We walked around at night and felt very safe in Poland. We also took buses to grocery stores and shopping, and walked, always feeling safe after dark. The hotel is in a very quiet part of town. I can't say enough good, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a visit to the Auschwitz concentration camp, and the hotel worked really well for that. Our room was quiet and spotless, with a shower that had hot water and great pressure. The staff were accommodating, and the restaurant was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more.
