Modern Apartment

Great!

A lovely apartment.

We were very impressed by the Salesian complex, and had great communication with the hostess. The neighborhood was quiet, parking beside the building was easy to find, and shops and restaurants were close by. We especially liked the ice cream sundaes and pizza at "Rapsodia Cafe". I'd also suggest a walk to the renovated, pretty Main Market Square and the boulevards along the Soła River. We spent two days here as a family of five, mainly for EnergyLandia, about a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is in eastern Oświęcim, in an area of multistory buildings with attics. The stairwell isn't very inviting, and the stairs up to the first floor are quite steep, but the apartment itself more than made up for that. It's very spacious, with a large hallway and living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a huge bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet, plus an attic bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen also has a big refrigerator, which isn't something you find everywhere. Everything was very clean. Highly recommend!

There was plenty of public parking right outside, and the apartment was beautiful, luxurious, and fully equipped. It was a good place to unwind after a confronting day at Auschwitz. For me, the only drawback was the neighborhood. It felt a bit ghetto-like.
