Z Hotel Business Spa

Whenever I’m passing through, I check in here. It feels new, clean, and spacious, with nature all around. Great accommodation, good food, and good staff!

The room was OK, but it was hot inside with 38 degrees outside, and the air conditioning didn't really work. I don't think it's always that hot in that region, though. Breakfast was OK too. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke English really well. Thank you for that.

The room was spacious, with an enormous, comfortable bed and a little fridge that kept our water chilled. There was a slight closed-up smell on arrival, but the generously sized windows made it easy to air the room out. The shower was very clean, though it had a minor clogging problem. The pillows were uncomfortable at first and made the first night restless. We asked for extra ones for the second night and slept like babies. The hotel is very clean throughout, and the restaurant staff are friendly, always smiling and providing excellent service. We didn't use the spa facilities like massage, but we did use the pool and jacuzzi. They're on the small side, though cozy and pleasant, and just right for relaxing after a long walk. It's a peaceful spot surrounded by greenery, with a river nearby, and the center of Otwock is close enough for an ice cream outing. For a walk, I recommend Mazowieckie Landscape Park. Kaszmir Indian restaurant is also worth trying, about a pleasant 19-minute walk away. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking to relax.

The rooms were huge and modern, and the hotel has great facilities. The pool in the spa is beautiful, and its ceiling gives the room a special feel. There's bowling, and you can hire a bike to explore the surroundings. The food was delicious, from the wide breakfast selection to the lovely dinners.
