My kids fell in love with this cozy guesthouse, and it's easy to see why. It has a family feel, with friendly, professional service, easy access, parking, and pets are welcome. The location is beautiful and works well for a family weekend or a longer stay. Highly recommend it, and I'll definitely visit again.

The guesthouse is in a quiet neighborhood, and the room and shared spaces were clean and well kept. There was a dishwasher, access to the garden, and a nice playroom. We arrived when there weren't many guests, though, and I think using the kitchen and sharing the single refrigerator would have been difficult when it was busier. The dining room lights are very dim, as another review mentioned. They could use brighter bulbs, especially since the current ones don't all come on together, but turn on one at a time. A review from a year ago raised this too, and nothing has changed. Cables sticking out all over are another obvious problem. They look bad, and I worry a child playing in the playroom could touch one and get hurt. The playground needs repainting, and the plastic chairs outside were crumbling from the sun, so sitting on them felt scary. The room door took a lot of force to close, and the owner wasn't very friendly. The place is okay overall. A few fixes would make it worth five stars.

The owner was kind, and the phone contact was excellent, with no problems at all. It's a quiet, pleasant place close to the trail, with free guest parking. The room had a super comfortable double bed, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. There was a full set of cutlery, plates, and cups. I recommend it!

A great spot to relax, with a large, lovely garden and spacious, clean rooms that have their own bathrooms. There's also a separate kitchen. Communication with the owner was excellent. Good place, good location, good price. I recommend it.
