The main courses didn't make up for the start of the meal. I had lamb ossobuco, but its sauce was so salty and overpowering that it gave me heartburn. My wife had the beef, which was okay, though serving a whole cob of corn in a fine-dining restaurant left us wondering how we were meant to eat it. We were too disappointed to try dessert. The bill was 360 zloty, and at least they didn't charge for my frozen goose carpaccio. Still, there was no apology, no one checked whether things were all right, and they didn't even offer a coffee or digestif. I won't be back to this hotel for any occasion. This is only about their restaurant. We went for dinner at the hotel on November 15, and it was one of my worst dining experiences in Poland. The prices seemed far too high for what we got. My mulled wine tasted like cheap wine warmed in a microwave, with no spices or sweetness and just a badly cut piece of orange. I didn't even finish it. My wife ordered winter tea, which was just a teabag with one cinnamon stick, one lemon slice and cheap honey in a sealed plastic container. Her kale and chorizo starter was nothing special. I ordered goose carpaccio, and it came frozen solid in the middle, literally a block of ice. It looked as if it had been cut, plated straight from the freezer and possibly refrozen. That ruined whatever taste it might have had, so I sent it back as inedible. The waiter said sorry, but that was all.

I won't go back to The Rezydencja Hotel, Bytom's restaurant. My food arrived cold, so I had to send it back. By the time my guests had finished eating, I was still waiting, even as other diners were being served. The chef's attitude was intolerable, and even the waiter couldn't excuse it. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant or hotel.

The garden is beautiful, and it even has live peacocks! It's pet friendly, has private parking, an e-car charging station at very competitive prices, and a great location. It would also be a wonderful venue for a wedding or other celebration. I'd love to come back and stay for many days. There's so much thought in every little detail, from the beautiful but functional rooms to the mouth-watering dinners and breakfast. Everything was perfect. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. You MUST visit this place.

Breakfast was excellent, with quality food and lots of variety, and there's free parking out front. The staff were polite and professional, and the rooms were extremely nice and clean. Great hotel, worth every euro. I couldn't find anything negative. I'd definitely recommend it and come back. Thumbs up, guys!

The staff were super helpful and the food was mind-blowing, so if you're planning to eat, you must go. I wasn't keen on the rooms or the hotel's interior, though. It's dark, old-fashioned and extremely cluttered, with loud, gaudy decor and big plastic plants and flowers everywhere. That made it feel cheap and uncomfortable. I think the place could be wonderful with more minimal interiors.
