The breakfast was the best we've ever had, with a huge range of fresh, fragrant, organic food for all kinds of tastes, including gluten-free and vegan options. Even the scrambled eggs were out of this world, creamy, delicate, and seasoned just right. The staff were always smiling and ready to help with any request, and made us feel genuinely cared for. From the moment we arrived at the Hilton Hotel in Pobierowo, we knew we'd found somewhere special. The rooms were clean, beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The conditions were absolutely wonderful, and we wholeheartedly recommend the place. We'll definitely be back!

There were repeated fire alarms, as many as three times a day and even at night. Staff gave no explanation or apology, and we had to settle our children and get them back to sleep several times. It seriously disrupted our stay. We paid €190 a night for a "sea view" room at Spark Hilton Pobierowo. You can technically see the sea, but most of the view is a vacant lot and parking area, just a distant glimpse of the water. At that price we expected a proper seaside view. Also, the hotel is no longer part of the Hilton chain, although the name still suggests it is.

The hotel is new and beautiful, with good rooms and a very good breakfast. But we stayed four days and our room wasn't cleaned once. When we arrived, we asked about daily cleaning. The receptionist answered in broken English that it was every two days, and there was also a sticker about that in the shower. I was surprised that the receptionists didn't speak English. I complained to Hilton, and the hotel manager replied that they were sorry and it had happened because of communication problems 🤷♀️

I had a lovely winter view of the sea by the time everything was sorted out at Pinea Resort, but getting there was stressful. I booked on June 25th, and in August the hotel left the Hilton chain. I was told all reservations had supposedly been canceled, so I was stunned to arrive and find I had no booking after all. Luckily, Pinea Resort resolved it. The hotel itself is very nice, though its name and chain listing need updating. I have reservations about the chain.
