Hotel Pod Figura

My mum and I had dinner there on Monday and were made to feel like special guests. The food was delicious, and there’s lots of outdoor seating. We’d recommend it for groups of any size.

Our room wasn’t soundproof at all. We could hear everything and feel the music vibrations, along with noise from cars outside and on the road. During our trip, the hotel rented the downstairs area for a party without telling me. My two-year-old couldn’t sleep until midnight, and staff brushed it off by saying it wasn’t that late and was okay. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. Breakfast cost 60 zł, but the sausages were cold, the ham seemed supermarket-bought, and the eggs were dry. There was no chocolate, milk, or water, and the water for tea wasn’t warm enough. I was told I’d get to speak with the manager, but the staff later admitted they’d lied to me. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and we paid 200 euros for it. There are two parking spaces marked for disabled guests, but don’t expect easy access: the hotel has no elevator.

There’s a wide drinks selection, alcoholic and soft, and the menu ranges from a huge steak to vegetarian food. The place feels classy, and service was quick, friendly, and professional.

Loved the warm welcome and the generous breakfast buffet every morning. Thank you!
