Dom Wczasowy Jesionkowka

This was my second stay at the Jesionkówka holiday home, and I'd gladly recommend it. The rooms were nicely heated, and both breakfast and dinner were tasty and satisfying. Its location is handy for the train station, mountain trails, and the Gurloka slope, so it works well for an active break.

We stayed with Mrs. Chowaniec over the 2024 holidays and were made to feel very welcome. Our large room was nice, and the whole resort had a pleasant atmosphere. The owners were readily available whenever we needed something. Meals were plentiful and delicious, with everything fresh and made by the hostess. When friends came by, we were able to sit with them in the shared lounge, which also has a pool table. Public transport is a four-minute walk away, and private buses run too. It's quick and inexpensive to get to Zakopane from there.

We stayed with our two daughters and had a very happy family holiday. The area is beautiful and quiet, and the natural surroundings are lovely for walks. Zakopane, Bukowina, and Murzacichle are easy to reach by car. The home-cooked food was varied and excellent, with nothing lacking. I highly recommend Jesionkówka Holiday Home.

Set on a gentle hill, Jesionkówka Holiday Home has lovely views of the Tatra Mountains and part of Poronin. It's a good choice if you want a break from traffic and street noise, while still being able to reach local attractions easily. There's also a shuttle for a fee that can collect and drop you off wherever you need. The food is delicious and the portions generous. The owners are friendly and approachable, and, as I always say, you can arrange things with them. Like anyone, they don't appreciate swindlers. They also organize New Year's Eve parties, which work best for organized groups who know how to have fun. You can discuss the arrangements with the owners by phone. I've gone twice with friends. About 400 meters away, an event center runs winter sleigh rides with a bonfire, sauerkraut, mulled wine, and music. Hope this review helps.
