I booked well ahead because I was looking forward to a relaxing holiday, but they cancelled my reservation just days before I was due to arrive and gave no proper explanation. I had to scramble to find somewhere else at the last minute, which brought extra stress and expense. That felt completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust them again. Avoid if reliability matters to you.

One of the best places for a group to stay near the mountains in Poland.

The rooms are comfortable, and both the food and the owners are amazing. I really recommend this place.
