I won't stay at this hotel again, and I'd advise people to spend their money somewhere else. The staff were dismissive of concerns and didn't take responsibility. They talked but didn't act, and the only thing offered was a worse room without a real price adjustment. The neighbors were loud, boorish hooligans who smoked weed, and staff took no serious action. I didn't feel safe and couldn't sleep well. There's virtually no sound insulation, so you can hear every noise within a 20 meter radius. It was a terrible place.

The rooms felt cozy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location is right in front of a shopping mall. We even found a little gift in the room when we arrived, which was a nice touch.

I came to Poznań with my family for a concert, in a great mood and looking forward to a nice evening. Instead, on arrival I was treated like an intruder, or worse, and left with a terrible feeling. The receptionist was rude and insisted I fill out a form I'd never seen before. She showed me a paper that was apparently meant to explain the request, but it turned out to be an internal document for hotel workers about what to do when they see suspicious activity. I asked to speak to the manager because I didn't appreciate this treatment. On the phone, rather than calmly explaining why the strange form was needed, he basically yelled at me for not following the receptionist's instructions. I cancelled immediately and found another hotel that felt more welcoming. The whole thing concerned minors, which is disturbing, and it didn't seem like they genuinely cared. The paper seemed to be just to "protect" them from responsibility. Bad energy and a terrible experience. We were lucky to find somewhere else quickly, a normal hotel with great hospitality. And the concert turned out great too! I guess there must have been some issues at this place before.

Check-in was quick and in person, which we value, and checkout was automatic, so it was easy to move on. The service was great, and we liked the thoughtful practical extras, like the wine, comb, and toothbrush. My girlfriend had forgotten hers, so the toothbrush came in handy. The location and service were both great. The room was on the small side, and the shower hose was damaged, letting some water leak out. Minor, but worth fixing.
