I booked through booking.com expecting the 60 sqm Royal apartment shown on HomelyPlace's site: a separate bedroom with an extra-large bed, a living room with a huge sofa, kitchen, and bathroom. Instead, they gave me the address for a small apartment, at most 30 sqm, with no separate bedroom and no bed at all. It had two small couches in the living room, without bed linen, and there was no way for two people to sleep on them. The receptionist refused to check us into the room we'd paid for, so we declined to stay and told her. She explained how to request a refund, but more than 30 days later we're still disputing it and HomelyPlace won't return the money. The description and photos didn't match what we were provided. If I'd seen the Google reviews first, I would've avoided this. Stay away from HomelyPlace if you don't want lousy service.
