Apartment Poznan Towarowa by Renters

The good parts were a friendly check-in, plenty of space, a high floor that felt safe, and good wifi. It’s close to the central station too. The host would probably have helped if I’d asked for things, but I expected the basics to be right already, and several weren’t. The apartment has a modern look, but it felt more like a lifeless corporate office than a home. With the windows open, it was noisy from trams, cars, a police siren, and station announcements. The cleaning was mediocre. There were dishes in the dishwasher when I arrived, stains around the place, and I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies. There was no sponge, just one bin bag for four nights, no scissors or kitchen towel, and the wall clock didn’t work. The dining table wobbled, and the fan had broken parts even though it still ran. Other details got on my nerves too. A sensor behind the bathroom mirror switches it on automatically and can’t be turned off. The shower spray was so harsh it made showering uncomfortable, and the hair dryer made a strange noise. It was a decent apartment, but after reading all the glowing reviews, I came away disappointed.
