The owner was hard to communicate with, and the whole stay was disappointing. At 2:30 PM, when I finally got the check-in instructions after contacting the owner myself, the apartment was still being cleaned, even though check-in was meant to be available from 2:00 PM. The place was dirty, construction noise was loud every day, and there was no washing machine despite it being listed in the description. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in person. The price didn’t match the experience at all. I don’t recommend it.

The apartment really is amazing and looks like the photos. Natália, the cleaning girl, is a lovely person. Anna, who is responsible, came across as unkind and without much light; I hope she finds light for her life. The owner, Mr: Alessio, was impeccably kind and even brought me a microwave oven.

Getting around from here was easy: the train station is a five-minute walk, with buses, trams, and taxis all nearby, and Stary Rynek is just seven minutes on foot. There’s a beautiful park on one side, too. The place is right in central Poznan, the standards are top-notch, and the owners were really kind and helpful. The name says it all, really :) Definitely recommend it.
