The rooms are very nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re arriving by car. There are only five spaces, and when I called the day before, I couldn’t reserve one. The receptionist said there was another secure, enclosed parking area, but that wasn’t true. When I arrived, they suggested parking beside a church. That lot is open to everyone, doesn’t belong to the hotel, and didn’t feel particularly safe. The hotel’s own parking is simply too small. Not very convenient.

We’ll definitely come back. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, the staff are friendly, and breakfast was heavenly. There’s parking in the hotel’s own lot, and the nearest tram stop is a five-minute walk away. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We stayed here on both legs of our drive, to Latvia and then back to the U.K. It’s a lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with excellent rooms and brilliant beds for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast has a good choice, and there’s an à la carte menu too. Aleksandra was the main reason our stays were so good. She was attentive and her service was exemplary. This will be our regular stop when driving through Poznan. Outstanding, and Aleksandra is a real credit to the hotel.

We chose a room with a balcony because my husband smokes. It was really comfortable, and almost everything was perfect.
