The flat is centrally located, with the main attractions within reach, but I personally wouldn’t recommend staying there. There’s no way to adjust the heat, and it stays cold, especially at night. The furniture is old and some of it damaged; the towels smelled really bad, the bed linen wasn’t fresh, and there wasn’t a bedsheet at all. The dishes on the shelves were dirty, and the chairs looked like they’d come from a trash bin. Thin curtains let in light from the street, which can’t be turned off at night. Since the flat is on the ground floor, people outside can see inside, so it feels like there’s no privacy.

Nice apartments to rent.
Clean and quiet.
The location worked really well for my business trip, between the train station and the Old Town, with cafes, shops, bus stops, and a theater nearby. The apartment faces the courtyard, so it stayed quiet even though there’s a busy street and tram stop out front. The neighbors were quiet too. Getting the keys and communicating with the owner went smoothly, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed. It’s very well-appointed; the aesthetic details could be better, but that didn’t matter on a work trip. I highly recommend it.
Small, but it’s got everything two people need. Shops and restaurants are just a five-minute walk away, and it’s about 15 minutes on foot to the market square. The bed’s really comfortable, though in Poznań you probably won’t use it much ;) A quick 2-3-hour nap in the morning, then back out into the city to explore or party :D
