Quick to get to, and it's always quiet.

The service was perfect.

I had a double room with a fridge, kettle, and a sink with hot and cold water, which was really handy. The shared kitchen, shower, and toilet were separate from the room. The room stayed warm even in freezing weather, though turning the radiator all the way up made it stuffy. The hostel is right in the city center, about a 20-minute walk from the train station. Check-in was by email: staff sent the door code and the key box code, and there was a phone number to call if anything came up. For 68 zlotys, from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day, it was a good deal for having your own room downtown. I'd recommend it.

The old windows let in a lot of noise, which is odd because the rooms themselves seem renovated. The location is fine, close to the old town, but it's noisy. Cleanliness wasn't great either: there were someone's socks and rubbish under the bed. You can hear and even feel the person next door showering, since the two bathrooms are linked by a window. For that standard, it feels expensive. I'll find somewhere else next time.
